At Kids N’ All, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product. In the unlikely event you have any issues with our products during the warranty period, subject to our Warranty Policy, you can return it to us for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

365 Days Warranty for Quality-Related Issues

 

All our products comes with a 365 days warranty, unless stated otherwise. Please fill out the Warranty Registration Form to register your product. We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND, excluding shipping and handling fees.

 

In case of any issues, please fill out a Return Form or contact us at customerservice@kidsnall.com and provide all relevant details and your order number. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and we will contact you to advise the nearest location to return your goods.
